We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our marketing and lead-generation efforts through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases
  • Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally
  • Generate and qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings
  • Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in CRM systems
  • Follow up on inquiries and maintain positive customer relationships
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as required
  • Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in handling outbound calls
  • Basic knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
  • Ability to work with targets and deadlines
  • Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Skills:

  • Prior experience in telemarketing or outbound calling
  • Good negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
