We’re strengthening our Cloud Operations function to improve governance, reliability, and cost discipline across our Azure environment. You’ll work on operational reliability, security guardrails, and cost optimization across production and non-production environments, with close collaboration across platform and application teams.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 6-7 years of hands-on experience managing Azure infrastructure, including subscriptions, networking, identity, and RBAC at scale
• Strong experience implementing governance controls — Azure Policy, PIM, tagging standards, and compliance frameworks
• Proven track record in incident response, root cause analysis, and high-availability operations
• Experience optimizing cloud spend through rightsizing, reservations, and savings plans (FinOps)
• Practical experience operating and scaling AKS (Kubernetes) clusters
• Proficiency with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and third-party tools like Datadog
• Familiarity with Microsoft Defender for Cloud and common compliance frameworks
• Experience maintaining runbooks, SOPs, and structured change management processes
• Strong cross-team collaboration skills with platform and application teams

Preferred Skills

• Azure certifications (AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-900) and scripting skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python) are a plus
• General knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (ARM, Bicep, or Terraform) is a plus
