We’re looking for a Conversational AI Engineer to design and deliver intelligent conversational solutions for enterprise environments. You’ll own conversation flow design, prompt engineering, and agent development — building production-grade AI agents that handle real customer interactions at scale.

Required Skills and Experience:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions — preferably on Google Dialogflow CX; experience on Amazon Lex, Azure Bot Service, Rasa, or similar platforms will also be considered
• Strong understanding of conversational design concepts — intents, entities, dialogue flows, session management, and webhook integration
• Experience building and configuring AI agents — prompt design, tool binding, and orchestration for complex, multi-turn conversations
• Strong prompt engineering skills — defining agent behavior, guardrails, response formatting, and tool invocation through structured natural language instructions
• Proficiency in Python for webhook services and REST API integration is a plus
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run, IAM, Cloud Logging) is a plus
