We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to support our marketing and lead-generation efforts through outbound calling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining products/services, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using provided databases
- Introduce company products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate and qualify leads and schedule follow-ups or meetings
- Maintain accurate call records and update customer details in CRM systems
- Follow up on inquiries and maintain positive customer relationships
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities as required
- Meet daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence in handling outbound calls
- Basic knowledge of marketing and sales concepts
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines
- Familiarity with MS Office and CRM tools is an added advantage.
Preferred Skills:
- Prior experience in telemarketing or outbound calling
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
